Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing and delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery within the US typically takes 2–12 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Original paintings ship with tracking via Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery. Select the Standard Shipping option at checkout for eligible original paintings, and your order will be upgraded automatically.

Processing may take slightly longer during November and December due to the holiday season.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we’ll provide pickup details when your order is ready.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, please email yuii@yuiart.com with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll replace it at no charge when inventory is available, or issue a refund.

For returns for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
